Other articles and opinion pieces have appeared frequently in Business and Health, Managed Care Journal, Journal of Employee Benefits, Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Post-Intelligencer and Diversity Business News among others, including a major 64-page health care consumer supplement in The Seattle Times.

Her Glossary of Healthcare Terms and Definitions is in its 3rd printing, with over 30,000 copies sold.

Kathleen has also been featured in national magazines, such as the Dow Jones’ Career Journal, Click Chicks, Glamour Magazine and Women’s Day, among others. She speaks frequently on healthcare issues and on her book: The Buck Stops Nowhere.
