Executive Summary
America's Charitable Health Care Plan

Let us establish a new non-profit charity to provide medical insurance coverage for Americans who lack sufficient coverage. Let the American people freely give to this new charity instead of being taxed. Let the Federal government allow a generous tax credit incentive to those who give.

Let us keep intact the current system and enjoy the blessings we already have. Let us build a complementary system to provide these same blessings to those in need.

Let us create more jobs and strengthen our economy by using the current systems to administer the payments of claims. In so doing making it easier and faster to put this new plan into action. Let us make this new system fair by using a sliding fee scale when charging premiums for those who are able to pay.

Let us all work together and we will succeed!
