Proposal: "Single Payer System per Demographic Region."

Briefly, the plan calls for a new beginning, a new foundation, not reforming or 'fixing' of the current system. The current system has too many avenues to conquer. Instead, this proposal focuses on the aspects of business that work; to create a healthcare system strong enough to be successful in this diverse country. Although the plan would be national; meaning all citizens can be enrolled; the states, divided into demographic regions would have the management control. All individuals would have the opportunity to purchase health care coverage under the plan. "Single Payer System per Demographic Region," will benefit the many aspects of our socioeconomic country.
